Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MeroCircle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MeroCircle is owned and operated by MeroCircle LLC.

2. Your account

  • Keep your credentials secure and your info accurate.
  • You must meet the minimum age required to use the service in your region.

3. Your content

  • You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it in MeroCircle for operating the service.
  • Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. There is no tolerance in MeroCircle for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Prohibited uses

  • Spam, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt or break the service.
  • Posting others’ personal data without consent.

5. Ads & monetization

MeroCircle may display ads in content feeds. Ads must not block access to ordinary feed content when unavailable. Available consent and privacy choices are described in our Privacy Policy and in the app.

6. Marketplace terms

  • Sellers must be legally eligible to sell, provide accurate identity and business information, hold required permits, and keep listings, prices, inventory, and fulfillment details accurate.
  • Prohibited products include unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, regulated without authorization, sexually exploitative, hateful, or infringing goods, and any item prohibited by our policies or applicable law.
  • The launch payment methods are live Stripe card processing for supported United States orders and cash on delivery for supported Nepal orders. eSewa and paid seller plans are unavailable unless the app explicitly shows that they have launched.
  • The seller is responsible for the product, listing, taxes, required permits, fulfillment, shipping information, and buyer support unless we state otherwise. Prices, shipping costs, commissions, subscription charges, and applicable taxes must be disclosed before they are charged.
  • Returns, cancellations, refunds, payout timing, and payout holds follow the policy shown for the order and applicable law. We may delay settlement, cancel a transaction, or hold funds while investigating fraud, safety, delivery, chargeback, return, or legal concerns.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations. You may request account deletion at any time; deletion and any legally retained commerce or completed/financial ride records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content

  • No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. MeroCircle is a social app with user-generated photos, videos, moments, profiles, and messages. You may not post or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, promotes self-harm, glorifies violence, or involves minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We may remove such content and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
  • Filtering and moderation. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to help keep MeroCircle safe. We may hide, restrict, or remove content that we believe violates these Terms or our community guidelines, and we may limit the visibility of repeat offenders.
  • Reporting and blocking. The app includes tools to report posts, moments, and accounts, and to block other users. If you see something that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe, you can report it directly in the app. Blocking a user prevents further direct contact and limits how they can interact with your content.
  • Our response to reports. We prioritize reports based on safety, legal risk, and available evidence. Review and resolution time varies when investigation or external coordination is required. Actions may include removing content, limiting features, or closing accounts.
  • Law enforcement and safety. Where we believe there is a real risk of harm or illegal activity, we may report issues to law enforcement or other authorities as permitted by law.
